POLE ARTISTRY

This class teaches pole dance as an art, a sport.  Each class will include a full body stretch, conditioning exercises to help you build necessary muscle memory, strength and agility along with professional pole technique.

VIRGIN + BEGINNER LEVELS:
This class is geared for all beginner levels, including first-timers and
more advance students looking to brush up on the fundamentals. We recommend our first-timers take this this clas at least for 6 classes, until you feel comfortable with basic walks and spins.

MIXED LEVELS:
This class is open to all levels with the exception of first-timers.

INTERMEDIATE + ADVANCE LEVELS
This class is open to anyone that can climb and invert comfortably.

DRESS APPROPRIATELY: 

Skin grips the pole while fabric makes you slide. Wear stretchy shorts and a sleeveless tank top. No lotions or oils. Bare-feet, no socks. Accessories and pole-approved heels are available for purchase at the studio.

FLY YOGA

Fly Yoga is a holistic aerial fitness system that utilizes comfortable, adjustable fabric slings to help participants support their body weight while practicing dynamic exercises both on and off the ground.

FLY YOGA

In this class you will learn how to take traditional yoga poses and Pilates exercises off the ground in order to add a fun alternative to your regular practice! This creative class is great for learning new ways to work out and shows the diversity of the Fly Gym equipment.

FLEXIBILITY TRAINING

Muscle tension is cause by physical and emotional circumstances. 60-90 mInutes of active and static stretches guaranteed to improve strength, stability, circulation, flexibility and overall well being. Learn the proper and safe technique to enhance your flexibility, taking it to the next level.

DRESS APPROPRIATELY:

Dress warm with workout wear such as leggings, sweats, long sleeve top, leg warmers, etc. Bare-feet or socks with grip. (ToeSox) are recommended and available for purchase at the studio.

STRENGTH TRAINING

This class gives the ability to create unique floor work for pole and fantastic strength overall. Learn the core basics of Balance and Acro (Fluid Gymnastic Dance) Class focus will be on learning controlled acrobatic skills and tricks including but not limited to:

HAND BALANCING
WALKOVERS
ROLLS
LEAPS
JUMPS
BASIC ACRO CONNECTIONS
